Medical Student

I am a medical student in the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology (HST) program at Harvard Medical School. My background is in Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience. As an undergraduate at Stanford University, I investigated the role of the neurexin cell adhesion protein family in synaptic formation and axonal tract development in the visual system as a member of the Thomas C. Südhof Laboratory. In the Bi Lab, I am currently characterizing the immune landscape of skull base tumors using expansion microscopy (ExPath) and mass-cytometery time-of-flight (CyTOF) techniques. When I am not in lab or in class, I enjoy running along the Charles, learning new Chinese baking recipes, and trying my hand at graphic design.
